Mamluk Ziegler
A rich burgundy field sets the stage for a traditional oriental medallion layout, with a large cream-and-navy octagonal center medallion framed by concentric geometric bands. The inner field is filled with finely drawn star rosettes and small floral medallions in shades of blue, light blue, navy and gold, while the wide cream border carries a dense arabesque vine and repeat motifs that anchor the design. Gold accents warm the palette and the layered blues provide a cool counterpoint, creating a balanced, collected look that reads both formal and inviting.
