What a gorgeous rug!! It arrived folded and it didn't take long for the folds and creases to disappear. The colors and design are exactly what I was expecting. The rug is soft and a little plushy with the help of the pad. Five stars for quality and value. What a deal! I'll definitely order rugs again from this site. I highly recommend this site for your next new rug!

My new rug

I really like my new rug and it matches my foyer rug. However, it is now two weeks old and I cannot get rid of the ripples. I have followed the directions but still no luck. I will continue to be patient and see if time will eventually work,

Beware

This rug came folded not rolled 10’ 10 square. The creases were significant and the rug didn’t lay flat at all even after 24 hours. I had to drag it outside and lay it on the driveway to try and heat it up in the sun. After 5 hours brought it back inside. It was better but still doesn’t lay flat. We’ll see. The rug itself is nice for the price. One small dirty spot. I put it under the couch. If it doesn’t flatten out it’ll go back. I tried to add photos but couldn’t.

Good quality; terrible service

I ordered and paid for more than 6 rugs. Weeks later, only 4 arrived. When I called, I was told the one is out of stock and the other never left the warehouse. It took multiple calls/chats and their customer service agents are disorganized and I had to repeat my story many times. I'm disappointed and won't be ordering from Rugs com again. I hope management sees my review and improve customer experience.
