Love this rug. Bought the 7’10 x 11’6, in white. I do have a golden retriever and two little ones so getting white is daring of me. But I really love it. My favorite area rug I’ve bought to date, and I’ve bought a lot. It’s very soft, looks and feels expensive but didn’t break the bank.

The colors and design are exactly what I was expecting. The rug is soft and a little plushy with the help of the pad. Five stars for quality and value. What a deal! I'll definitely order rugs again from this site. I highly recommend this site for your next new rug!

I have followed the directions but still no luck. I will continue to be patient and see if time will eventually work,
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x11 · Snow WhiteThis rug came folded not rolled 10’ 10 square. The creases were significant and the rug didn’t lay flat at all even after 24 hours. I had to drag it outside and lay it on the driveway to try and heat it up in the sun. After 5 hours brought it back inside. It was better but still doesn’t lay flat. We’ll see. The rug itself is nice for the price. One small dirty spot. I put it under the couch. If it doesn’t flatten out it’ll go back. I tried to add photos but couldn’t.
