The rug is soft and a little plushy with the help of the pad. Five stars for quality and value. What a deal! I'll definitely order rugs again from this site. I have followed the directions but still no luck. I will continue to be patient and see if time will eventually work,
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x11 · Snow WhiteThis rug came folded not rolled 10’ 10 square. The creases were significant and the rug didn’t lay flat at all even after 24 hours. I had to drag it outside and lay it on the driveway to try and heat it up in the sun. After 5 hours brought it back inside. It was better but still doesn’t lay flat. We’ll see. The rug itself is nice for the price. One small dirty spot. I put it under the couch. If it doesn’t flatten out it’ll go back. I tried to add photos but couldn’t.

When I called, I was told the one is out of stock and the other never left the warehouse. It took multiple calls/chats and their customer service agents are disorganized and I had to repeat my story many times. I'm disappointed and won't be ordering from Rugs com again. I hope management sees my review and improve customer experience.
