Hand-knotted from 100% hand-spun wool, this runner showcases a classic geometric medallion layout that draws on Caucasian weaving traditions. Repeating octagonal medallions travel down a cream field, each containing a stylized floral motif rendered in blue, navy blue, green, red and brown accents. Narrow guard borders and an outer band of angular, stepped motifs frame the field, creating a measured, rhythmic composition. The hand-spun wool pile has a low-to-medium height with a firm, tactile surface and subtle yarn variation that adds visual depth and a slightly ribbed feel underfoot.
