Hand-knotted from 100% hand-spun wool, this rug presents a classic geometric layout of medallions set into a warm cream field. A central circular medallion in deep red and navy anchors the composition, while diamond-shaped blue motifs sit above and below it. A rich red border punctuated with rosette motifs and scrolling details frames the piece, and accents of green, brown, beige and black add contrast and depth. The hand-spun wool pile feels dense and slightly nubby to the touch, with natural textural variation that gives the surface a tactile, lived-in quality.
