Customers love the soft, plush texture and attractive modern trellis patterns that effortlessly brighten up living spaces, offices, and hallways. Many appreciate the great value, noting that the rug looks high-end and is durable enough for busy family and pet areas. A few reviewers note slight variations in cut or precise measurements, so using a rug pad is recommended for the best fit and stability.
I absolutely love the rug. It looks so good in my living room exactly what we wanted. It’s forgiving for kids, especially since our living room leads out into our porch so that’s fantastic. It’s super soft and beautiful. I also really appreciate that they gave me the option to keep a previous rug and get a credit or get my money back. Ultimately, I chose to keep the previous rug and I got the credit and this is the rug I got. The brown rug was the original rug, but it just did not fit our living room but it looks great in our bedroom.

Reviewing a different size or color: 8 Ft Runner · Harbor BlueI am really pleased with the quality design and color of this rug. It makes the room look brighter and the couch doesn’t look so old. It’s amazing what a new rug can do.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · Harbor BlueWe were finally able to get our new rug down. Looking to brighten a dark room with a white cabinet and a new rug. We love it!
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · Charcoal IvoryThis rug is just as pictured. Looks more expensive than it is. I was on a tight budget to finish my project and I am very happy with this rug.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · Charcoal IvoryVery soft high quality. Color was lighter than expected.
I’ve had this rug for about 2 years now and it’s terrific. Really well made nice pile and it looks great in my space. I’d definitely recommend it.
Reviewing a different size or color: 2x3 · Harbor BlueGood quality carpet and well-done trim/border but the cut of the pattern is slightly off which makes the carpet look crocked.

Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · IvoryI like the colors, texture, softness. My cats love lying on it & they’re very picky! It’s a great runner & would highly recommend it to anyone else.
Reviewing a different size or color: 6 Ft Runner · IvoryMy latest rug order from Rugs.com is a disappointment. This rug is described as 5' 3" wide, but it actually measures 5' 0". Three inches probably isn't a big deal for most people, but I was counting on those 3 extra inches. Also, the rug is not a perfect rectangle, but has a slight parallelogram look to it. This is quite noticeable in my square office. The pile and color is as described.
