I’ve had a low pile poly rug ( also from Rugs.com) for years and the cat scratched away with no obvious damage . But holy cow this rug is coming apart before my eyes with large tufts of rug pulled up and pulling all over . It will not last - unfortunately and I’ll move it to somewhere less obvious . My old wool rug is from Rizzy Home and has a beautiful backing and perfect edges. This rug’s backing is different I can see the front side from the back and the edges aren’t perfect. It’s also a bit shiny from the texture which I hope evens out as it lays flat. Corners on one edge are great; on inside rolled edge corners I’ll need to put some heavy books down.
