I’ve laid boards with heavy paint cans on top to flatten them. It’s been 2 weeks and they’re still wavy. I’m afraid someone is going to trip and fall on it.

Although the overall appearance of the rug is nice, the buckling is extremely noticeable and difficult to walk on. I would not recommend this rug.

They are wavy and it's a little scary to walk on them for fear of tripping. I especially worry about my elderly mother-in-law tripping when she visits. I'm hoping they flatten out after some use. I also bought a 7X10 for my family room and don't have a problem with that one.

I called Rugs.com and spoke to an associate who assured me that the address could be changed but I would be charged and additional fee. I gave him my card information and was very happy we could get it rerouted. The next day I received notification that it was delivered to the old address. I called rugs.com and they offered me a discount to purchase a second rug but could not tell me why I was charged to change the address when it actually was never changed. I was then told that they opened an investigation and they would email me the outcome. I am still waiting almost a week and half to hear from them.
