Rug was shipped well packed (folded) and shipping was on time as advertised. Rug was better than we expected - thicker - very well made - and colors as reflected on site. True to size - large rug is excellent. Needed a durable rug for outside on stone patio at seating area. Woven like an authentic sisal. Can’t comment on durability as it’s a new purchase but am very pleased with the purchase. Our experience was flawless! (We purchased 2 rugs of different sizes - both are great).

I would have paid extra for the rug rolled up like it should have been rather than folded. What kind of carpet or rug company would ship like that???

Took it out immediately and placed flat on floor with backside up, then next day out to screen porch where it maybe took a day for most folds to flatten. The 8" round is perfect size. I especially was looking for a rug that could get wet when i give a quick hose down inside to freshen room. It also matches the lattice design I have on top of screen! Can't say enough good about it! I'm very happy and colors in pattern give it that jute like appearance.

During the warm weather, I set up water stations for them to play in. When they come running over to the table, they risk falling. This 10-foot runner is a perfect size, and the kids can run on it without getting hurt. I also did buy the backing so it keeps the rug in place, I can see mysef using it inside the backdoor that leads down the hall to the bathroom in the winter, which is when we get rain,
