Since it is not a deep pile we added one of the thicker rug padS to give it that luxurious feel. What we got to see in the showroom is exactly how the rug shipped to us looked.

Shipping was a bit delayed but customer service was great to work with and kept me updated. This rug is perfect for rooms with gray and beige. It's soft under foot but not super plush and quality seems to be great.

It is not royal blue it is a dull navy blue maybe even a midnight blue. It is not bright in color. Blues are hard to decipher with online photos. The design is beautiful with off-white in the background. It is also a short soft pile.

Photographs do not do justice to this rug. I was extremely pleased with the quality and beauty. Hard to find a rug that matches a lilac/violet painted room. This was true to product picture and description. So glad I took the risk!
