Soft underfoot with a pleasantly textured surface, this machine-made rug is crafted from 100% polypropylene and has a low-profile, tightly looped weave that gives the design slight dimensionality. Damage from being folded

I like the pattern on the rug. My issue is that it arrived damaged from being folded not rolled. It was cracking as I unfolded it. I tried everything to get the creases out, but a week later it looks terrible. I called and ask about getting a replacement that would be rolled up not folded and was told they can’t do that. Disappointing because I really like the pattern. I wish they had better customer service.
