Got this rug sooner than expected. It only took an hour or so to get flat. It was packaged so well. The colors are gorgeous. It’s so well made. I’m using it for my office since I get to take my baby to work with me and wanted something soft but still stylish fun and light hearted. This rug is perfect. Everyone who sees it wants to know where I got it and I already have a friend who wants one of her own. There was no weird smell or imperfections. The white criss crosses and the diamonds are all slightly raised like a shag rug so I can see how those parts might get dirty but it’s worth the care. I would absolutely precise purchase this rug again.

Reviewing a different size or color: 7x10 · Rust RedI got 2 all ivory runners for a longish hallway and they look amazing. I was nervous about getting all white but I’ve already gotten stains off of them. Performance worked well. You can’t even tell they were ever stained.

I vacuumed it with two different vacuum cleaners immediately upon receiving it and there was no shedding. The white diamonds are like a shag rug and are very soft. I took off one star for a couple of reasons. The rug was folded up rather than rolled up and it still has sections that do not lay flat after a few days. Also I had to crawl around and trim some of the white yarn pieces that were long and frayed. I bought rug grippers to get the corners to lay down flat.

It was just delivered to the wrong address and I didn’t know for 5 days due to not receiving tracking info so it was stolen after sitting there for several days (per a tenant from the building I was able to track down). I hope rugs.com will make it right and quickly as I really did want this rug.

Reviewing a different size or color: 5x8 · Rust RedI got this rug (orange 7'10 round) on sale and I'm very pleased with my purchase! It's thick and heavy and SO soft. Looks and feels very high quality. I just wish it had been rolled for delivery rather than folded as we've had to keep boxes and books piled on top to flatten it out. I do think it's heavy enough that it will flatten eventually.
