We have a large black dog and she sheds and as much as we vacuum there is still dog hair. So the carpet hides it well. The carpet isn’t particularly soft or thick but it’s ok!

However I’m a little surprised that the rug seems to be made of yarn that could have been more densely packed. Since opening the rug there are little pieces of yarn all over the place from it shedding. I feel like I could have gotten something better with the price I paid but it’s not worth my time to return it. Im writing this review because of an offer from rug.com and I’m wondering how many of the positive reviews were written for the same reason.
