Customers love the exceptionally soft feel underfoot and the stylish, room-anchoring pattern that easily complements various decor styles. Many note that the rug offers excellent value and quality with minimal shedding. A few reviewers mention that colors can appear softer and more muted in person, with subtle variations depending on room lighting.
The rug came in like 3 days earlier than my wife or I expected, it’s so soft and nice to walk on, the colors are all very nice, and the size is perfect for the little walkway that we have! Not to mention that our dog, Zach has given his approval as well! He chose to lay on the rug rather than on the couch like he normally does while I cooked supper! Well worth the money!
Reviewing a different size or color: 12 Ft Runner · IvoryI received this rug within 3 days of ordering it. It is exactly what I wanted and is very soft! Definitely ordering more from this company.
Reviewing a different size or color: 5x8 · IvoryI was somewhat surprised by the color. The picture made it look lighter.
Reviewing a different size or color: 6 Ft Runner · IvoryBeautiful rug, and as described. Colors are very pleasant with my new caramel-colored leather sofa. Great quality rug too. So much so, I bought 2 more for other areas.
Reviewing a different size or color: 10x13 · IvoryI love the rug I just received. It is so soft and cushy. I had ordered a different rug which didn’t really go well with my decor so customer service was great about helping me out.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · Khaki GrayIt is quite thin. Had to order a pad. Having a hard time getting it to lay perfectly flat
Reviewing a different size or color: 4x6 · MultiThis rug is great quality. It is soft, durable, and my kids love playing on it!
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · MultiThis is a beautiful rug. The colors are more muted than those in the pictures, but it fits my decor even better. I am definitely buying the runner!
Reviewing a different size or color: 5x8 · Khaki GrayThey were beautiful and I am very happy with how quickly I received them and the quality

Reviewing a different size or color: 12 Ft Runner · IvoryI received a different color rug. It was not muted just completely different than pictured. Requested refund and have arranged pick up 5 times now and the rug remains outside my front door. I have had to bring it in and out waiting on their delivery company. For the inconvenience, I would not order from Rugs.com again- bad experience.
