Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · PinkI ordered the Creammmediately in an 8x10. Immediately unfolded it and it was completely flat no wrinkles or kinks a major plus. Perfect condition other than one long loose string which I could have cut and no one would have noticed. No weird smell clean very pretty rug. Also I ordered it on a Sunday and received it on a Tuesday. Very quick. I only took off one point because the rug seemed a bit darker than what I was expecting based on the pictures. Also it does do the thing some rugs do which is from one side it appears light and from the other side it appears darker depends on where you're standing. The only reason I sent the rug back was because after it got here I realized the westernish design did not really look right with my more modern rustic decor. The customer service rep was very nice and I called at 10:30 pm to get my return started. I would definitely order from this company again.

I have always been able to reverse roll the rugs I ordered, but could not do that with this rug. It has not flattened out, but I am hoping it will with time.. I have ordered other rugs from this company and been satisfied with them all. Any dissatisfaction was with my choice, not what I received.
