The design and color combination is really good!! I was originally a little worried about how ivory and gray were gonna look together with our furniture. Guess what…..NO WORRIES, the color is vibrant and it looks fantastic!!!! I have Mid-Century Modern decor, so the pattern is perfect! Please know the rug is not thick, it is thin (I’ve seen thinner), but the shag feels good under your feet!!! A little padding underneath will make it even better!!! I don’t know why, but at the moment it has repelled stains of spilled Iced Tea and Puppy vomit. So, I am very pleased and would say there is good durability so far!!! Initially there are some wrinkles from packaging. But, once laid out flat, they disappear in a day or two. No problems with vacuuming on a high-height setting; no pulling/frizzing has occurred. Although, I would not recommend letting the vacuum sit in one spot while running as this could possibly cause some pulling/frizzing, in my opinion. Also, I had no problem with curling edges at all; it laid flat. Therefore, this is a good value for the money and am very happy with my purchase!!!! The shag is amazing
