Reviewing a different size or color: 8 Ft Runner · BrownOrdered a very nice rug the cost was very reasonable but the rug that was delivered was not what I ordered called customer service explained the situation to them and I was told to send them pictures of the rug and they would follow up. I called them back the next day and was told in order to get the correct rug I would have to send back the rug I didn't order at my expense they sent me a video showing me what to do. I had to purchase a tarp and packing tape at a cost of $15 wrap it up and then take it to UPS. Eventually I received the correct rug when you factor in the additional $15 makes the purchase price not quite as good as it originally seemed.

Except that it has a deep crease in it that doesn't seem to be falling out easily. Do you have any advice for making the crease relax? We turned it wrong side up hoping the weight would encourage it to fall out. So far, no luck.
