Reviewing a different size or color: 5x8 · OrangeIt’s been 84 years… no, but after waiting 10 WEEKS for this stupid rug, I finally cancelled the order. But! Lo and behold, it turns out it was on the way with FedEx. I even got tracking information! So, Rugs.com asked me to-repay for the order, assuring me I would receive it “within a day or two”, as it was in transit. Not so. We’re now going on 12 weeks into this painful odyssey, I have yet to receive it, even though FedEx says it’s in my city. Finally, I called to pull the plug for good on this grueling waste of time and remain, as ever, rug-less.

Reviewing a different size or color: 8 Ft Runner · IvoryThis rug was never received, and no updates ever posted. Waited 10 weeks. Reached out to Rugs.com on several occasions for updates. Each time was told they would get back to me but they never did. Finally asked to cancel the order and was told they would get back to me to let me know if that was possible! Absolutely terrible service. It is obvious this item is not available and needs to be taken off of the site. Will never order from Rugs.com again.
