Hand-knotted of 100% wool, this rug has a handcrafted feel with a low, tactile pile and visibly woven texture. A multi-hued ground of fine horizontal striations carries flecks of beige, blue, brown, burgundy, red, rust red, light blue, light brown, light green, light salmon, ivory, yellow, pink, violet, gold, gray and green. Braided, slightly raised rope motifs cross the field to form a loose diamond lattice, while short fringes and corner tassels finish the ends, adding a simple, artisanal touch.
