I have had this rug for a couple of years. It is still as beautiful as the day I got it. Vacuums nice and doesn't show the dog hair!

Not exactly the colour i thought but thats just buying off photos but not disappointed .Only down side is it was so tightly rolled up its been a long job too get it to lay flat.
Reviewing a different size or color: 10 Ft Runner · BlackI love the look of this rug it looks great in our dining room! The delivery was as promised and it was well packaged. The downside is the rug is not as thick as i would have liked and more importantly after 2 weeks the edges of the rug do not lay flat creating a tripping hazzard. I have placed the dining chairs around perimeter of the rug for a week with little improvement. I have used ice cubes which has helped somewhat but still after doing that twice the corners are still curled up.

My ONLY complaint is that my rug has some nearly impossible to remove creases that I have been trying to work out since we got the rug over a week ago. I am not sure if this is a rug quality issue or a delivery one, but I've not been able to work the crease out using a variety of methods.

Reviewing a different size or color: 10 Ft Runner · BlackExtremely difficult to remove the creases once it's unfolded. The edges still curl up slightly after leaving weights on it for several days. It looks cheap and pixilated. Would not recommend buying this rug.

We decided to keep the rug and not go through the hassle of sending it back for an exchange. Attaching photos. Customer service was great and will be giving us a partial refund. I like a company that is willing to do something when things aren't just so and stand behind their products.
