Handmade from cowhide and leather patches, this rug is composed of hundreds of small rectangular pieces stitched together in a precise mosaic grid. The pattern is an understated geometric tapestry of staggered tiles that creates visual movement without loud motifs. A multi-hued background blends beige, ivory, tan, light brown, brown, black and hints of silver for a layered neutral palette. Running your hand across the surface you’ll notice subtle tactile variation where short hair-on-hide sections sit next to smooth leather pieces, producing a low-profile sheen and a pleasantly tactile finish.
