Not only did they ship it ground, they argued with me about it repeatedly. It delivered on Friday vs Tuesday when 2-day delivery should have arrived with a package shipping on a Friday. After it was 2 days late, they finally refunded it to me. Will not purchase from Rugs.com again - not because of the product, but because of their service. They would not admit that they messed up and sent it via ground, even when it said that's how it was shipped on UPS tracking. Think twice about paying extra for faster shipping.
I was hesitant about orderi g this rug. The color said gray but the picture looked beige. I ordered anyway. I love this rug! It has the very faintest gray woven in between the beige and it is just perfect for my room. The fringe on the ends is beige and it is not a loose flippy fringe, but one that stays put. The rug is very good quality even though the ratings wont let me give a full 5 stars. I am very happy with my purchase. Yay!

I rolled it out and set the furniture on top of it. It doesn't lay flat because of the way it was folded (it was not rolled in the packaging). It's not laying down flat still, and this causes it to look cheap and messy. Every time I see that it's pulling or it's still folded I get so disappointed because I've had jute rugs in the past that were beautiful and laid perfectly flat. I hate to say it but I'd probably find something else if I could.
