AI Summary

Customers love the charming botanical pattern, appealing color palette, and textured weave that effortlessly elevates both indoor spaces and outdoor patios. Many appreciate that it feels comfortable underfoot and stays in place well compared to typical outdoor rugs. A few shoppers note that it requires a little time to flatten after shipping and dries more slowly when placed in direct rain.

What customers love
  • +Attractive botanical design and versatile color palette
  • +Comfortable, textured feel underfoot unlike standard flat-weave rugs
  • +Stays securely in place without sliding
  • +Works wonderfully across both indoor rooms and outdoor spaces
Common concerns
  • -May require a few days to flatten out shipping creases
  • -Dries more slowly after heavy rain, making it best suited for covered or sheltered outdoor spaces
  • -Colors are more muted and subtle in person under certain lighting

The Bow on Top

We needed something to pull our outdoor social area together. This rug is perfect - like the bow on top of a gift! It’s thick enough to cushion the concrete, but thin enough so you don’t trip on the edges. The colors are wonderful and the pattern is fun without being overwhelming. It did arrive on time, but allow time for it to flatten out if you need one for a special occasion. We love it!

Faded color - disappointed

So excited to get this rug. We purchased two. I really liked the color and thought it would go perfect in my livingroom. But the colors of both rugs are faded sort of looking like they've been out in the sun for the summer. It's fine just very dull. Don't want to deal with the hassle of returning so I'll keep them but disappointed and will likely not order from rugs.com moving forward.

Beautiful Rug but ………

Very disappointed how wet the rug stays after a rain. Also just noticed we are tracking the rug material to the deck. When I sweep the sweeper is full of a white powder. We have decided to pitch the rug after just a few months. Is this meant to be outdoors?

Not for outdoor use

I bought this in November 2023 and while I love the design it has not help up well to Texas sun and heat. After10 months of being outside the fibers have turned to powder and the rug needs to be replaced.

Mrs

The rug is better than I expected. Beautiful colors beautiful quality. UPS lost my first shipping and never was found. Customer service was just amazing. I told them this was a gift and they expedited a second order that was here in two days. The agent went above and beyond to make something happen. Thank you for your help and for the beautiful rug.
