Why are the rugs folded?

The rug was folded for shipping and the creases won’t come out. Why in the world would you do that?

Beautiful neutral ivory - lovely color!

Strongly recommend this carpet it was exactly what I wanted. I have not tested it yet on cleaning ability, but it looks beautiful and is softer and thicker than outdoor thin propylene carpet. I can not feel the concrete underfoot using this carpet, which is what I wanted. Price seems a little high so I gave it a 4 out of 5 on value. Time will tell if it is a good value

The rug is good. A bit overpriced but it’s the correct length.

Exactly what I was looking for.

The runner was rolled not folded so it laid flat quickly and the neutral color is perfect.

Very comfortable under foot

This is a nice, thick rug. Looks great under my round outdoor dining table. Very soft and cushioned under foot.

Ok Rug

It still hasn't flattened out from creases after a week. Easy to clean though. Ok for $300 but not what we paid.

Moderate quality

The color was accurate, the size is good and it will work in my space, but it looks somewhat cheap. And the rubber mat I bought separately is seriously cheap looking and feeling and not worth the money. Had I seen it beforehand I wouldn’t have ordered it, but it’s too much trouble to return it so I will keep it.
