The piece
Luna
Hand-tufted of wool and cotton, this rug rests on a deep navy field that anchors a bold circular arrangement of organic motifs. Eight brown centers sit like small islands surrounded by flame-like fronds in shades of blue and green, their layered edges creating movement around an open central space. The wool pile is dense and plush to the touch, offering a soft, slightly springy feel underfoot while the cotton foundation stabilizes the design and keeps the pattern clean and well defined.

This piece works equally well as a grounding element in a living room or as a dramatic focal point in a study or seating nook. It pairs nicely with mid-century and contemporary furnishings, warm wood tones, and metal accents in brass or aged finishes; try it beneath a low coffee table or centered under a circular dining setup to echo the motif. The navy background and jewel-like accents allow it to complement neutral palettes as well as richer, layered color schemes.
