Customers love this rug for its soft, plush texture and elegant design, noting that it brings an upscale presence to living rooms and bedrooms alike. Many reviewers appreciate the attractive patterns and striking accents, highlighting the impressive quality and comfort underfoot. A few shoppers note that shipping creases take a bit of time to settle and that the velvety pile can shift in appearance when walked on.
The product was of quality material and craftsmanship! I never thought I would find the rugs that I have been looking for online! I am so satisfied with the product!
Reviewing a different size or color: 6x9 · Black and GoldThis rug changes colour everytime you walk on it. The gold stripe turns to white and the mid grey goes very light it constantly looks mottled
Reviewing a different size or color: 5x7 · Gray and GoldThe rugs look good and feel good. They work well with the 4x6 ones but the 4x6 rugs are not quite precise rectangles, so they don't quite sit flush against each other. Otherwise they add a put together look to the basement.
Reviewing a different size or color: 10 Ft Runner · Black and GoldThis rug is not white. Champagne. And we're been trying for > a week to get ride of wrinkles, but no luck. Considering the price point, I guess it just is what it is. Also issues with this page posting all the pictures that support my comments. So, good luck,
Reviewing a different size or color: 10x13 · White and GoldThe rug is beautiful. 2 things. 1: The rug is not 7’10”, it arrived 7’8”. 2: The delivery was off putting. The window for delivery kept changing. Once it stabilized I waited and waited, all of a sudden it was marked delivered. The rug was left in my drive way. No one rang the bell, knocked on the door. NOTHING. This was very off putting.
