Not what I was expecting for the price far better. This rug definitely has substance it’s thick and soft to your feet. The coloring is perfect. This could never be mistaken for a department store rug.

The rug that was delivered to me is striped not plaid. It does not look anything like advertised images. I reached out to customer service and they told me my picture looks exactly like the photos online completely gaslighting me and not offering to make things right. Terrible experience.

Product details state that it’s an indoor/outdoor rug, but there is no way this could last outdoors!!! The description is 100% misleading and that is unfortunate. I’m asking for a replacement and hopefully the replacement will be a better product. If not, this will go back. I would not recommend this product unless there is better quality control!

Reviewing a different size or color: 2x3 · GrayAlthough the rug was beautiful and looked perfect in my kitchen after first receiving it it did not look the same after washing! I ordered a washable rug due to it being in my kitchen. After having the rug for about a month I washed and dried it flat per the instructions. After washing the rug is visibly smaller by about 6 and it has visible pulls and unraveling in the weaving of the rug that were not there prior to washing. If a rug is advertised as washable I assume it should maintain its original size and quality afterwards.
