Hand made of 100% wool, this rug presents a deep red background anchored by three octagonal medallions set on a vertically aligned field. Each medallion holds compact geometric and floral motifs in navy, rust and moss green, while the surrounding guard borders repeat a diamond-lattice and flowering vine motif that frames the center with clear, traditional structure. The hand-knotting creates a dense, low pile with a soft, slightly textured nap that feels warm and substantial underfoot.
