Hand made of 100% wool, this rug presents a traditional tribal medallion pattern on a warm red field. Large diamond and star-shaped medallions sit in a balanced all-over arrangement, punctuated by smaller floral and geometric motifs in cream, beige, blue and touches of orange. A cream-colored multi-banded border frames the field with repeating rosettes and diamond elements, while the hand-crafted wool pile gives the surface a soft, slightly cushiony feel and clear knot definition that keeps the pattern crisp.

Dining Room
Choose a rug that extends at least 24 inches beyond each side of the table so chairs can slide in and out comfortably.
Entryway
A 3x5 or 4x6 rug works well for most entryways. Make sure it does not interfere with the door opening.
Living Room
For a seating area, choose a rug large enough so that at least the front legs of all furniture pieces sit on the rug. Common sizes are 8x10 or 9x12.
Kitchen
A runner rug works great in front of the sink or stove. For larger kitchens, a 4x6 or 5x8 can anchor the space.
