Customers love the soft, tactile feel and artisanal character of this woven rug, noting that it brings warmth and lovely color to their living spaces. Many appreciate its cozy texture and find it to be an excellent value for a casual, stylish accent. Shoppers recommend pairing it with a rug pad and vacuuming gently to keep the handcrafted flat-weave fibers looking their best.
I bought this a month ago and it shipped quickly. It’s soft (think soft like loom weave vs. fuzzy carpet) and since it’s hand knotted expect imperfections as it adds to the character. I have this in a low traffic area (my home office) and it looks beautiful. Be careful when vacuuming as the brush shouldn’t touch (maybe set to bare floor?) since it can pull at the material. Very happy with my purchase!
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x11 · WhiteThe rug is softer than I expected and has a distressed look. There are some areas that seem like it's a little cheaply made when I got it like where the padding is coming out or where some lines in the rug are a different color white than the rest of the rug. Overall I'd still recommend this rug though it's generally what I expected from the stock images.
Reviewing a different size or color: 10 Ft Runner · WhiteI own the white version of this in a smaller size and was thrilled when I found this in a larger size as I it would then go with my existing small throw rugs. Upon arriving the rugs thread that binds the strips is much darker in person and the tassels are made of this a deep tan or very light khaki brownish color. It doesn’t show this very well in the photos. My existing rugs of the exact same design use matching white thread binding and tassels making for a lighter and brighter overall look. The rug is thick and excellent quality but because the threads and tassels don’t match my existing ones I will be returning.
Reviewing a different size or color: 5x8 · WhiteThe rug is beautiful a little darker green than I expected but looks great in my space. I also bought the recommended rug pad for underneath and it is very soft and stays in place.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x11 · GreenI ordered this rug on sale and it shipped super fast. When it arrived it had some minor defects (pulls in the weave in several places). It is being used under my dining room table so the defects aren't that noticeable and weren't worth the hassle of sending back. So I contacted customer service just to let them know about it. They responded immediately and made amends for the defects in the rug. Good customer service is rare these days so I really appreciated the responsiveness.

Reviewing a different size or color: 8x11 · WhiteThis rug is much nicer than the photo--it warms up my room and is very well made. Worth buying.
Reviewing a different size or color: 6x9 · IvoryJust what I was looking for. Perfect for my kitchen. I have laminate floors and the rug stays put I don't even need a pad underneath.
Reviewing a different size or color: 6 Ft Runner · IvoryNot what the picture looked like, smelled musty, and was very poorly constructed.
Reviewing a different size or color: 7 Ft Square · Beige and WhiteHave had for two weeks. The amount of pulled and ruined fabric is unacceptable. The white strips are all pulling out. Very lame, horrible quality.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · Navy BlueRight length but color is dark and not the beautiful green from photo
