Not 3/4" pile
This is a flat rug. The pile height of the 2 rugs of this pattern and color I ordered is 1/4 ", not the 3/4" stated in the product description. If this rug is not machine made I'll eat my hat. I will keep it, though because it is in a high traffic area and we have a dog with large paws.

I ordered matching rugs of a different size, but never received the larger one . Website showed item in stock for both. I was notified the day I received the smaller rug that the larger size was out of stock and on back order, then a few days later they cancelled my order completely. Return the smaller rug.. I will never use this company again.
