It lays flat right out of the packaging and holds up exceptionally well to vacuuming and machine washing. Some shoppers note that the colors can appear slightly richer and darker in person, and pairing it with a rug pad is recommended for hard floors.
This rug which is fully washable (my dog marked it on the first day so I can say this with confidence) is twice as nice as those from Ruggable and costs half as much. It has the look and feel of a real rug unlike the Rugggable rugs which are like thin pieces of felt with patterns stamped on them. This photo was taken AFTER it was washed.

I was pleasantly surprised when this rug is light, bright, neutral with just enough color to make it a perfect accent under the dark brown sectional.

The carrier does not update the shipping status after “label created”, so you have no idea when your shipment will arrive. Kind of an issue if you need to plan access to your property. This is only my second rugs.com order, and it happened on the first order too.
Reviewing a different size or color: 6 Ft Runner · MultiI like the subdued colors of this rug and it looks just as in the photos. It is a pretty thin rug but it seems to be stiff and heavy enough for the automatic vaccum to run over it.
