I must say , came across this site on fb and all the reviews were sooo good that I thought it was fake , I was nervous but they have free returns ( but what a pain to return a rug ) I took a shot and I’m so happy . It unrolled so nicely , unlike some others I have bought from other sites that take weeks for the corners to lay flat . The rug was exactly as the picture! I highly recommend ! Not a great pic of the rug itself , but had this pic On my phone and you get the idea

I have followed the directions but still no luck. I will continue to be patient and see if time will eventually work,

Reviewing a different size or color: 6 Ft Round · Snow WhiteThis rug came folded not rolled 10’ 10 square. The creases were significant and the rug didn’t lay flat at all even after 24 hours. I had to drag it outside and lay it on the driveway to try and heat it up in the sun. After 5 hours brought it back inside. It was better but still doesn’t lay flat. We’ll see. The rug itself is nice for the price. One small dirty spot. I put it under the couch. If it doesn’t flatten out it’ll go back. I tried to add photos but couldn’t.
