We really like this rug. It's very soft, unlike the previously plastic-based outdoor rugs we've purchased in the past. It's very high quality and the color is accurate. It's on our lower screened-in porch which gets really humid, and so far it's held up quite well!

I tried everything to get the creases out, but a week later it looks terrible. I called and ask about getting a replacement that would be rolled up not folded and was told they can’t do that. Disappointing because I really like the pattern. I wish they had better customer service.
