Customers love the exceptionally soft texture and stylish designs of this rug, often noting how beautifully it pulls a room together. While the colors and overall visual appeal receive frequent praise, some shoppers note that it can arrive folded with creases that take time to lay flat. Adding a quality rug pad is recommended for those seeking extra cushioning underfoot.
The color & feel of the rug are great. I wanted to change my basic colors in my living room & dining room to a sage green but after getting this rug I changed to a dark teal blue for pillow accents & dining chair seat cushions. It is so colorful and rich. I have light cream colored sofa & navy tweed recliners that it goes beautifully with. Really makes a statement & transforms my rooms into a great bold cottage look. I’m now ordering the 9x12 for my living room to match.
Reviewing a different size or color: 6x9 · MultiVery fast shipping on the rug. Looks exactly like photos and is very soft. However please note that when standing on the rug it is definitely grey but when standing away from it and depending on light it looks white.
Reviewing a different size or color: 4x6 · GrayGot a new couch so had to get a new rug and they compliment each other perfectly. Rug is beautiful love the detail
Reviewing a different size or color: 4x6 · GrayBuying online is always a little difficult but this truly delivered! Colors are exactly as pictured. Super soft pile. Arrived very quickly with no damage to packaging.
Reviewing a different size or color: 9x12 · Navy BlueThe rug is pretty much as pictured. It has nice amount of piling but not too much & is pretty soft. The only two downsides are that the 8x10 came folded instead of rolled so there are some wrinkles in it. And the carpet pad we brought with it that was supposed to be custom cut to fit was not & we ended up having to cut off some of it ourselves (which would have been easier had we not already had all the furniture on top of it).
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · MultiI bought this a month ago before I’d even bought my sofa that it matches so well! It’s already perfectly flat doesn’t even trip up my robo vacuum!
Reviewing a different size or color: 5x8 · MultiI really like the website, the rug, the prices and quick delivery. However, the rug was not rolled onto a shipping tube; it simply was rolled up tightly, wrapped in plastic and shipped. The problem, the inner portion of the carpet once it was unrolled is an increasingly more wrinkled mess. We have had the rug on the floor unrolled with weights placed all over the inner 1/3 of the rug and the wrinkles are unchanged. Hell, I would have opted to pay a few more dollars for a damn shipping roll if the issue is cost. Rugs.com… you can, and should, do better.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x11 · GrayI bought two runners late one night and realized the next day they would be too big. But I ripped up the carpet in the long hallway upstairs and put the runners on the felt mat in place end to end. It works well! Excellent for the price I paid.
Reviewing a different size or color: 10 Ft Runner · Navy BlueCannot give this a recommendation. The rug came folded and is curled up on the edges after two weeks. Keep hoping it will get better, but not in the least. It will be difficult to send this back because of the size and weight. I am concerned it is a tripping hazard.
Reviewing a different size or color: 10 Ft Round · YellowI bought this rug a few weeks ago and it is already matted down and filthy in front of my sofa and chair. The colors are beautiful and the rug is soft but it is only good for a room rarely used. Ours is going into our guestroom and I will be buying a new rug for our living room.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · YellowI’m in love with the colors - subtle but adds color to our living room. It’s so soft and thicker than expected for the price.
