Customers love the bright, vibrant colors and cheerful bohemian aesthetic this handcrafted rug brings to their living spaces. Many highlight the charming blend of braided jute and colorful cloth, noting that it adds wonderful texture and personality to any room. While the rug may take a few days to fully flatten and the cloth fringe can shed lightly at first, buyers find it to be an eye-catching and durable accent.
It’s as pretty as the picture. For the first week I was concerned because it had little humps in it that just wanted to stay there no matter what. I thought I would have to return it. But it has relaxed and now lays flat. It needs a pad underneath if on a wood floor. Glad I gave it a chance because it’s different and darling.

Reviewing a different size or color: 6 Ft Round · Multi WhiteThere was nothing wrong with the rug, it just arrived damage through the shipping process from UPS. It wasn’t anybody’s fault, but the rug needed to be returned. I called the 800 number for rugs.com and I seriously have not received this kind of personal customer service in decades. I’m old-school, I’m a genX- er, and I remember the days of calling somewhere, having a person answer the phone, and actually do what it takes to make the situation right. We don’t get that much anymore but when I calledrugs.com, that’s exactly what happened. They went above and beyond to take care of me and remedy the situation and they have made a loyal forever customer out of me because of it. Highly recommend rugs.com!
