For the first week I was concerned because it had little humps in it that just wanted to stay there no matter what. I thought I would have to return it. But it has relaxed and now lays flat. It needs a pad underneath if on a wood floor. Glad I gave it a chance because it’s different and darling.
This rug is nicer than I expected. So many compliments!

It wasn’t anybody’s fault, but the rug needed to be returned. I called the 800 number for rugs.com and I seriously have not received this kind of personal customer service in decades. I’m old-school, I’m a genX- er, and I remember the days of calling somewhere, having a person answer the phone, and actually do what it takes to make the situation right. We don’t get that much anymore but when I calledrugs.com, that’s exactly what happened. They went above and beyond to take care of me and remedy the situation and they have made a loyal forever customer out of me because of it. Highly recommend rugs.com!
