I wanted something different from the traditional area rug. This one is colorful and round, and matches everything. I planned for the rug to be the "busiest" item in my living room and it does not disappoint. It ties everything else together.
It’s as pretty as the picture. For the first week I was concerned because it had little humps in it that just wanted to stay there no matter what. I thought I would have to return it. But it has relaxed and now lays flat. It needs a pad underneath if on a wood floor. Glad I gave it a chance because it’s different and darling.

It wasn’t anybody’s fault, but the rug needed to be returned. I called the 800 number for rugs.com and I seriously have not received this kind of personal customer service in decades. I’m old-school, I’m a genX- er, and I remember the days of calling somewhere, having a person answer the phone, and actually do what it takes to make the situation right. We don’t get that much anymore but when I calledrugs.com, that’s exactly what happened. They went above and beyond to take care of me and remedy the situation and they have made a loyal forever customer out of me because of it. Highly recommend rugs.com!
