Delivery time, quality and value were all good BUT why did it come folded rather than rolled? Spent a lot of time trying to flatten it. AND who would return something to Switzerland or USA. Expense would surely put you off. Maybe that's the reason of course.

It’s in my entryway and my dog finds it cushier than the sisal rug we used to have so that’s a plus!
