It's a beautiful muted color. sits flat and sturdy. I put a non slip pad and the rug lays well and doesn't move. The colors are matte finished and interesting without being distracting. I like it and plan to get a runner as well.

There’s no clear method of returns on the website, confirmation email or receipt, so emailed customer service several days ago and still haven’t heard back.

Colors look exactly as pictured . Pretty rug and can work for most styles I use it in my office . It laid down perfectly flat right out of packaged roll . No regrets with this rug
