Reviewing a different size or color: 6x9 · MultiBough for a living room as it looks fairly soft on the website. However, when it arrived, it was very scratchy and flat like an outdoor carpet. There’s no clear method of returns on the website, confirmation email or receipt, so emailed customer service several days ago and still haven’t heard back.

Colors look exactly as pictured . Pretty rug and can work for most styles I use it in my office . It laid down perfectly flat right out of packaged roll . No regrets with this rug
