Customers love the cheerful, vibrant colors and unique bohemian styling of this braided jute rug, which adds an inviting pop of personality to any room. Many appreciate its durable handcrafted feel and notice that it ties diverse decor styles together beautifully. A few reviewers suggest using a rug pad on hard surfaces, and note that the cloth fringe detailing may occasionally produce loose threads.
I wanted something different from the traditional area rug. This one is colorful and round, and matches everything. I planned for the rug to be the "busiest" item in my living room and it does not disappoint. It ties everything else together.
Reviewing a different size or color: 10 Ft Round · Multi WhiteIt’s as pretty as the picture. For the first week I was concerned because it had little humps in it that just wanted to stay there no matter what. I thought I would have to return it. But it has relaxed and now lays flat. It needs a pad underneath if on a wood floor. Glad I gave it a chance because it’s different and darling.

The round fringed rug looks perfect in the middle of my craft room.
Reviewing a different size or color: 6 Ft Round · Multi WhiteThere was nothing wrong with the rug, it just arrived damage through the shipping process from UPS. It wasn’t anybody’s fault, but the rug needed to be returned. I called the 800 number for rugs.com and I seriously have not received this kind of personal customer service in decades. I’m old-school, I’m a genX- er, and I remember the days of calling somewhere, having a person answer the phone, and actually do what it takes to make the situation right. We don’t get that much anymore but when I calledrugs.com, that’s exactly what happened. They went above and beyond to take care of me and remedy the situation and they have made a loyal forever customer out of me because of it. Highly recommend rugs.com!
