What most descriptions online miss, is telling you how many stitches per inch the rug has; the higher the count, the more durable usually. I flipped the rug over and found this Finsbury has a LOT denser weave than others. Also, it feels luxuriously soft. It "shows" when you rub (or vaccum) it one way then the other. You may not like that but I do. Happy to lie around on this, or do exercises!

I had area rugs that had light colors intermixed with the gray. They became dirty appearing even with frequent shampooing. This color and texture is so perfect that I ordered the runner and octagon rugs too. Great quality for the price!

The quality of this rug (coupled with the thick pad under) is really high makes it feel and look much more expensive than it was.

It isn’t totally plain gray but the design is subtle. It is very soft and feels luxurious without being shaggy. I love it! I bought 3.

It doesn't have that that "slick" feel you get from some rugs that are in the same price range, but this is better quality. The reason for the four stars, I thought it was more of a golden color than yellow. If I brush the nape it is darker, but I'm satisfied. Plus my dog and cat like it.
