Customers love the cheerful, vibrant colors and unique braided texture that bring warmth and personality to any space. Many reviewers appreciate how nicely it ties room decor together and praise its handmade, bohemian aesthetic. A few shoppers note that the rug may take a few days to relax flat after unrolling and recommend adding a rug pad on hard surfaces.
It’s as pretty as the picture. For the first week I was concerned because it had little humps in it that just wanted to stay there no matter what. I thought I would have to return it. But it has relaxed and now lays flat. It needs a pad underneath if on a wood floor. Glad I gave it a chance because it’s different and darling.

Reviewing a different size or color: 6 Ft Round · Multi WhiteThe round fringed rug looks perfect in the middle of my craft room.
Reviewing a different size or color: 6 Ft Round · Multi WhiteThere was nothing wrong with the rug, it just arrived damage through the shipping process from UPS. It wasn’t anybody’s fault, but the rug needed to be returned. I called the 800 number for rugs.com and I seriously have not received this kind of personal customer service in decades. I’m old-school, I’m a genX- er, and I remember the days of calling somewhere, having a person answer the phone, and actually do what it takes to make the situation right. We don’t get that much anymore but when I calledrugs.com, that’s exactly what happened. They went above and beyond to take care of me and remedy the situation and they have made a loyal forever customer out of me because of it. Highly recommend rugs.com!
