The rug arrived in less than a week and it was beautiful right out of the package. I laid it out to get rid of some of the wrinkles which took about 3 more days but when I combined it with the padding which I purchased from Home Depot the feel under my feet is luxurious. I purchased this rug (9x12) for my bedroom to go under my King Size bed and it ties my whole bedroom together wonderfully!!. Love the softness under my feet. I would definitely purchase other rugs from Rugs.com (In fact I purchased two more rugs one for my living room area (9x12) and the other for my 3rd bedroom (8x10) and I love those also!!! Arrived folded and very well wrapped but has dirty looking stripe down the fold. I am shampooing today to see if it will come out. Still very satisfied with quality.
