Not the same color

So disappointed. I bought this rug because the background color was pictured as aqua. It’s not… it’s a blue/grey color. I do not like it at all. Pictures are very deceiving. Boooo

Faded color - disappointed

So excited to get this rug. We purchased two. I really liked the color and thought it would go perfect in my livingroom. But the colors of both rugs are faded sort of looking like they've been out in the sun for the summer. It's fine just very dull. Don't want to deal with the hassle of returning so I'll keep them but disappointed and will likely not order from rugs.com moving forward.

Beautiful Rug but ………

Very disappointed how wet the rug stays after a rain. Also just noticed we are tracking the rug material to the deck. When I sweep the sweeper is full of a white powder. We have decided to pitch the rug after just a few months. Is this meant to be outdoors?

Not for outdoor use

I bought this in November 2023 and while I love the design it has not help up well to Texas sun and heat. After10 months of being outside the fibers have turned to powder and the rug needs to be replaced.

Can't get the ripples out

I expected a rug that I could unwrap put downh and walk on. Oh no!.This has ripples. It does not lay flat. It is unsafe as it is a tripping problem. Seems to be a common problem as there is a pdf and method to remove the wrinkles. Why do I have to work on this. Not worth the effort.

Cozy & inviting

The colors were perfect. They drew me to this set instantly.

Might end up being nice

Well, I ordered this rug and it arrived folded. Not rolled up, but folded. I have had it laid out for two weeks now, and I still can get it to lay flat. It will eventually look nice if it ever flattens out.
