Hand-made from a blend of wool and silk, this Persian rug from the Tabriz Collection showcases intricate classical craftsmanship. A rich red field serves as the backdrop for an ornate central floral medallion, surrounded by dense arabesques, vine scrolls, and detailed palmettes. Intricate corner spandrels transition into a deep navy and cream multi-tiered border framed by delicate fringe. The medium pile provides a smooth, dense surface with a subtle sheen from the silk fibers, highlighting the fine definition of the woven motifs.
