The color's are even more lovely than shown and the picture is nice. Each color is distinct but gently smooths into the next along with the texture is pure elegance. The pile is just thick enough to be cushy under your feet. I have a grand Karastan in my living room with this runner in the adjacent hall and they look wonderful together the colors and style are complementary... quite amazing. I'm very happy and highly recommend this company for their excellent selection of rug's superb quality even in the lower end prices such as this runner. The shipping is very fast return's are easy their customer service is extraordinary. This isn't my 1st nor last purchase from rugs.com!!

My only complaint is the way it came packaged. it was folded in thirds...a 10' x 13' i felt should have been rolled. The better pad is 3 wider than the rug. Do I have to trim???I can't get down on my knees they are artificial.

It was absolutely Perfect and so I purchased a larger rug for my adjacent sunroom/computer/TV room. The transformation is amazing. I was somewhat skeptical about getting the creases out of the rug. I simply unfolded it and then rolled it to eliminate almost all of the wrinkles. The remaining wrinkles are minor and will come out with time. All of the wrinkles are out of my smaller rug.

We thought we would take a chance because it sounded like such a good deal and if we weren't happy we could easily return it. Well we were very pleasantly surprised in fact we ordered two more carpets the next day! The prices are excellent and we received our rugs in record time no problem.
