Great Outdoor rug

We ordered two identical rugs for our very long lanai and they worked out perfectly. The colors are exactly as shown in the photos on the website and the cost was very competitive for the quality. Our only complaint is that we ordered the upgraded padding that was offered with the rug upon ordering it but when it arrived the padding package says Indoor Use Only but the rug is advertises as Outdoor Border Rug so Rugs.com really should not offer the upgraded pad with this rug or should specify that we should not buy it for outdoor use. I called customer service and they told me that pads are non returnable but when I pointed out the discrepancy they offered me a credit for about half what we paid for the padding and then offered to send us the regular pads which are good to use outside so in the end things sort of worked out.

Feels plush

I am very satisfied with my rug. Replaces a very worn out door mat in a high traffic area. Getting lots of compliments from visitors. The rug feels very plush under the feet. I expect to get several years out of this rug.

Poor quality

Purchased this rug 3 months ago and it immediately began to deteriorate! I paid $180 for it too! It has been kept under 3 umbrellas to avoid the direct sun but nothing stops the rug from turning to sand before our eyes. Poor quality and customer service.I was offered a $65 STORE CREDIT for continuing to do business with a company that does not back its products. There are other companies out there that will stand behind their rugs. This is not one of them!

Great outdoor rug

I bought this for patio space. It fits perfectly! Withstands heat and light rain. Can use blower to keep off leavesetc. without a probkem.

Perfect for us!

I love this rug! I plan on buying another plus a runner or two. Since it is an indoor/outdoor rug it's practical for animal owners and its the color scheme I was looking for. It's easy to clean and the perfect size. No complaints here!
